PRIMARY PROFESSIONAL STAFF

Each of our professional staff has a wide variety of experience in accounting and tax for small businesses and individuals!

Tiffany J. Morisue, CPA

Managing Member

· Speaking and presenting on a variety of small business topics.

· Consulting and services related to starting and operating a small business with an emphasis on accounting and tax related matters.

· Computer hardware and software services and consulting for small businesses.

As the Managing Member of the firm, Tiffany handles all administrative matters related to the firm’s operations. She also works directly with many of our clients on an as needed basis providing accounting, tax, and computer-related services. Additionally, she is the in-charge staff for many other clients assigned to other professional staff.

Tiffany started ABC Solutions in early 1997. Prior to that, she held positions with two large international CPA firms and a small local CPA firm. She also has previous experience in banking and healthcare and worked as a part-time instructor at Columbus State Community College between early 1999 and late 2001. She is an active volunteer speaker for both the Columbus Chapter of SCORE (since late 2001) and the SBDC of Ohio (since June 2004).

Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting. She has been a CPA since 1993.

Mark J. Lesser, CPA

· Consulting and services related to starting and operating a small business with an emphasis on accounting and tax related matters.

· Income and payroll tax problems to include, but not limited to, filing of past due prior year taxes, delinquent taxes, and Offers in Compromise.

Mark works with many clients as either the primary staff assigned or as the in-charge staff. He primarily provides accounting and tax services. He also works with our clients who are having tax problems.

Mark started with ABC Solutions part-time in early 1997 while working full-time in the healthcare field. He has been with us full-time since early 1998.

Mark first earned a bachelor’s degree in Allied Health and later obtained his certificate in accounting which gave him the accounting coursework equivalent to an accounting degree as needed to sit for the CPA exam. Mark has been a CPA since May 2002.
